    BlixMerch ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

    At Blix Merch, we understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to ensure that your package arrives within the estimated transit time. Our domestic shipments are typically in transit for 7-12 days, while international shipments may take 4-22 days. We use USPS as our preferred mail courier, however, due to recent nationwide delays, package arrival times may be affected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation to minimize delays. Please note that estimated delivery times are just that, estimates, and Blix Merch is not responsible for package arrival times, however, we will do our best to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.


    When it comes to dispatching time, our orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment, unless the product is pre-ordered. In that case, expect a 14–28-day delay due to production. Once the product is produced, it will be shipped the next day with 2 days of priority shipping. Please be aware that during holidays, shipping times may be delayed.


    If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please let us know as soon as possible before the order has been dispatched. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


    In terms of taxes, sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on our website. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country, and we encourage customers to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order. If duties and taxes are refused upon arrival at the destination country, the goods will be returned to Blix Merch at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.


    If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched. Cancellations are not permitted with pre-ordered items.


    To ensure the safety of your package, we offer Route Package Protection Insurance, which covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fit the following criteria at checkout. However, please note that if you do not purchase Route Package Protection Insurance, Blix Merch is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.


    In terms of our general policies, if the customer entered the wrong address at the time of order, Route does not cover this and the customer needs to reach out to the retailer to remedy the incorrect address. If the customer is unsatisfied with their product, Route is not a product replacement plan, and the order issue cannot be approved. The customer needs to reach out to the retailer and this request may be covered under the retailer’s return policy.


    To ensure the best service, Route can only action an order issue that is filed within the bounds of our domestic/international timeline policy. If an order issue is filed outside of this timeline, Route will deny the order issue according to their policies.
